What is it?

In the new Heise Hill model of church we do not consider Home Church to be just another program that we offer. Rather, Home Church is where we have the opportunity to move beyond what we do on a Sunday morning. It is a lot more than just a Bible study group or a small group. Hopefully it is much more than just getting together for a couple of hours during the week to expand on what we learned on Sunday. It is where we build relationships, know each other on a deeper level, and experiences the ups and downs of life in community.

Church happens best when we walk along side each other, when we reach out to one another and to our broader community. Home Church is our attempt at being authentic members of a community that is trying to live out the teachings of Jesus Christ, and it’s a great place for those trying to learn more about Jesus.

Everyone is welcome. It’s a safe place to learn and grow.
